WEDDING CEREMONIES IN THE ROCK DURCH
For these special moments the church and the cloisters are at your disposal. In order to guarantee you a peaceful and dignified ceremony, the mentioned area is divided from daily operations for 45 minutes (including preparations, congratulations and taking pictures). This is not possible for a longer period of time since the operations in the church and cloisters have to be renewed shortly after the ceremony is over. However, the wedding guests can freely move on the castle premises and are welcome to use them for taking pictures.
CHURCH DECORATION
Standard decoration (photo on the left) the whole main altar is covered with dark blue velvet on top of which is laid a white cloth with lace. Two big wooden candlesticks are additionally placed on it. In front of the altar is put a brick red 5-metre-long runner. Next to the alter on both sides stand forged candlesticks. The church is not overdecorated, its sober rock nature prevails, while at the same time, the decoration is festive enough. We do not prepare any flowers.
An alternative romantic decoration (photo on the right) offers the flower shop „U Lenky“ from Nový Bor. This type of decoration appears very fresh, with its flowers, ivy, candlelight and curtains. The flower shop charges its own fees. Contact phone number is +420 602 138 214.

The castle management has to be informed about your choice of decoration three days prior to the wedding ceremony the latest. Should you wish to decorate the church in another way, it needs to be consulted with the castle manager in advance.
Since the locality of Sloup v Čechách is administered by the registry office in Nový Bor, the ceremony is to be discussed and organized in detail not only with the castle management but also with the registry office in Nový Bor (church weddings are not excluded from this).
